We should all strive to embody that spirit and serve others as Reverend Jackson did. He influenced generations of Americans and inspired countless elected leaders, including Presidents. Reverend Jackson carried an unshakable belief in the promise of America—that we are all created equal in the image of God and deserving of dignity and equal treatment throughout our lives.
